On the morning of November 20, SRI Silicon Valley Innovation Training Camp promotion meeting, as one of the series of activities of Qingdao Oceantec Valley achievements commercialization, was successfully held. The promotion meeting was hosted by QDII and successfully held under the support of Qingdao Oceantec Valley and SRI International. It was the first event since the establishment of QDII, which was attended by a large number of scientific research institutions, sci-tech companies and individuals. Mr. Claude Leglise, CEO of the Innovation Leadership Center of SRI International, Chairman of QDII, and Dr. Huang Yannong, CEO of QDII, attended the promotion meeting. Dr. Huang Yannong gave an introduction about the value orientation of QDII, which is to introduce high-tech industries and start-up projects with market potential to Qingdao Oceantec Valley to promote high-tech industry and economic development of the Oceantec Valley and even Qingdao by relying on the Stanford brand, innovative management methods and the advantages of innovation resource channels. Mr. Claude Leglise introduced the innovation incubation concept of SRI International and introduced the SRI Silicon Valley Innovation Training Camp to be held on December 10, saying that the camp will help entrepreneurs complete the transition in business operation mode from technology to products, to connect to both domestic and international resource channels and to realize rapid commercialization.
