In the morning of November 12, the launching ceremony of the High-end Accounting Innovation Practice Center was held in Qingdao Oceantec Valley. The center has settled down in the Valley as a talent cultivation platform to provide internationally licensed financial talents for the replacement of old growth drivers.
As described, the center is jointly established by QDII, Haier HCH, the Big Four accounting firms, and Shanghai Caijintong, with the support of ACCA Qingdao Office. It will settle down in Qingdao Oceantec Valley to build an international accounting and economic talent cultivation platform, with the purpose of cultivating a batch of professionals who are familiar with the international economic and financial environment and are able to handle international business and financial work in a pragmatic and efficient manner, thus enhancing the international competitiveness of the enterprises.

According to Sheng Zhe, Director of Haier Global Financial Sharing Center, the center will be deeply integrated with the specialty of accounting through the real cases of Haier Global Financial Sharing Center, the commercial training cases of the Big Four, and the innovation course of QDII, and will develop a new education mode, providing “dual systems” education integrating industry and education for accounting students of universities and vocational schools.
According to Dr. Huang Yannong, CEO of QDII, QDII has incorporated the international and systematic innovation training into the cultivation of licensed financial talents by introducing the mature innovation management methods from SRI International to Qingdao and establishing the innovative thinking system training. The course system features the combination of accounting and innovation and the integration of international and domestic elements.
