On December 28, the 2019 Annual Summary Conference of the Jimo SME Association was successfully held. The Qingdao Innovation Institute and the Jimo SME Association signed a cooperation agreement at the annual meeting. Based on the principles of mutual promotion, complementary advantages, common development, and win-win cooperation, the two sides have established long-term cooperative relationships with their respective entrepreneurial project resources, community resource networks, training resource systems and project advantages.

In 2019, major new and old kinetic energy conversion projects in Qingdao are driven by reform, innovation, and openness, and focus on key areas, make up for shortcomings, and strengths and weaknesses. “One industry, one strategy” promotes transformation, and “one district, one strategy” seeks development. Concentrating and upgrading, promoting major projects, and optimizing the business environment will make practical moves and seek practical results to promote the high-quality development of Qingdao's economy. Jimo District SME Association has more than 600 member enterprises, of which traditional enterprises account for a relatively large proportion. In response to the new and old kinetic energy conversion policy, to achieve the high-quality development of association enterprises, the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is on the agenda.

The Qingdao Innovation Institute will revolve around a series of training systems for innovative management methods in Silicon Valley, international science and technology channels, and venture capital cooperation networks to achieve resource circulation with the Jimo SME Association for win-win cooperation. The cooperation between the two parties will promote the content of their respective brands based on their respective platforms; the Institute will provide corresponding business incubation and multiplication services for the community to jointly organize a series of training activities; and for the transformation of traditional enterprises within the association, assist the enterprises with the advanced technology and capital of the Institute Upgrade.

With the signing of this cooperation agreement, both the QDII and the Jimo SME Association fully exert their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity to realize the complementarity of their respective project advantages and resource advantages, and transform their respective advantages into industrial and economic advantages, and jointly promote local Enterprise transformation and upgrading, value innovation and empowerment are accelerating.
