On the afternoon of January 29, Qingdao Blue Valley Colleges and Universities welcome the New Year symposium at Blue Valley Management Bureau. Xiao Yanheng emphasized that 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan period. It is also a year for Qingdao Blue Valley to deepen its institutional reforms and achieve high-quality development. It is hoped that colleges and universities will seize the opportunities of the new era, grasp the policies, and further gather the alma mater. The strength of the country, taking advantage of the trend of economic and social development, to enhance its own strength. It is necessary to speed up the resolution of key issues that restrict its own development, while invigorating the system and mechanism, pay attention to the introduction of talents and market development, and grow and develop together with Blue Valley. In accordance with the requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government for the industrialization of Blue Valley's marine scientific and technological achievements, focusing on Blue Valley's positioning as the core area of the National Marine Science City, continue to promote the integrated development of science, education and industry, and improve the quality of incubating enterprises.

In 2021, Stanford Qingdao Research Institute will further focus on industrialization, especially cross-border technology transfer, improve the professional service level of the team, and ensure that the research institute achieves revenue and sustainable development.

First, focus on promoting 11 high-quality cross-border projects with double recruitment and double introduction as the core. The list is as follows:

Second, the Institute will continue to carry out innovation training with Stanford's innovative management methods as the core, complete the second special technology transfer guidance project of Ocean University of China, and commercialize technical manager training. The third Silicon Valley Innovation Acceleration Camp will also be officially launched after the Spring Festival.

Thirdly, the institute will standardize the operation and management of the incubator and improve the professional service level. We will hold regular forums and road show community activities, gather more innovative resources, and increase the cultivation of small and high schools.
